Jasmin graduated from East West College of Healing Arts with a training focused in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Integrative Massage. Since her initial training she has continued to expand her knowledge in bodywork through classes and workshops in Cupping Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Massage, Advanced Deep Tissue and Thai Massage. Jasmin draws upon her twenty years of experience to provide you with therapeutic bodywork that makes a lasting change in the way your body functions and feels.

Massage therapy has been Valentine's practice since graduating from the Pacific College of Bodywork and Awareness in 2005. It was her great honor to learn from Lee Joseph who taught his students how to see the whole person (body, mind and spirit), not just the injury, stress or chronic issue. He also taught how to listen with awareness, which she believes has the most value of all. Valentine's extensive knowledge and training include certifications in Advanced Cupping, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Awareness Oriented Structural Bodywork, Myofascial Release Therapy, Trigger Point, and Biodynamic Cranial Therapy.
