Jasmin Catoe-Ganahl, LMT
I graduated from East West College of Healing arts with a training focused in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Integrative Massage. Since my training I have continued to expand my knowledge in bodywork through classes and workshops such as; Cupping Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, Trigger Point Therapy, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Advance Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage. I draw upon fifteen years of experience and training to provide you with a massage that makes a lasting change in the way your body functions and feels. I especially enjoy working with injuries and chronic pain. Providing clients real relief is incredibly satisfying.
Being a massage therapist is my calling. I enjoy helping people feel better in their bodies, and working in a profession that keeps me in mine. I love to be active, and in my free time I enjoy gardening, biking and practicing yoga. My heart belongs to my beautiful daughters; these two girls keep me quite busy and fill my life with laughter and joy.

I graduated from East West College in 2011. I draw from both Eastern and Western approaches; seeking to provide you with a unique massage experience that addresses your goals of healthier living. Using rhythm and tempo, to assist in bringing you into awareness in your body, my methods include Table Thai, Tui Na, Cupping Therapy, Structural Integration, Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue.
With my zest for life you can catch me finding quality time writing poetry or joining activities with friends.
Karen Krautscheid, LMT
My interest in massage began with a desire to help people not only relieve their pain, but have their bodies function better. Never satisfied that a chronic pain in one’s shoulder, back, or knee was permanent, I often found myself “fixing” family and friends on the living room floor. Working as a physical therapy aide, I realized I could do most of what I wanted to do in therapy by becoming a massage therapist (I also got to start using a table instead of the floor!)
Having experienced numerous injuries myself, I strive to find the source of dysfunction and pain for each client. Techniques I incorporate are Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Sports Massage, Passive Release Techniques, and relaxing Swedish.
While a Chiropractic Assistant and massage student, I worked with a wide variety of concerns and musculoskeletal issues. Most often people have liked my deep tissue work, but depending on the person I may be using lighter more relaxing techniques and have been very successful with that as well.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, cycling and spending time with friends and family.
