I graduated from East West College of Healing arts with a training focused in Deep Tissue, Sports, and Integrative Massage. Since my training I have continued to expand my knowledge in bodywork through classes and workshops such as; Cupping Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, Trigger Point Therapy, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, Advance Deep Tissue, and Thai Massage. I draw upon fifteen years of experience and training to provide you with a massage that makes a lasting change in the way your body functions and feels. I especially enjoy working with injuries and chronic pain. Providing clients real relief is incredibly satisfying.
Being a massage therapist is my calling. I enjoy helping people feel better in their bodies, and working in a profession that keeps me in mine. I love to be active, and in my free time I enjoy gardening, biking and practicing yoga. My heart belongs to my beautiful daughters; these two girls keep me quite busy and fill my days with laughter and joy.

Learning about the human body is my passion. I am able to pass on this passion to my clients as a massage therapist. My goal is to provide each client with lasting solutions to their musculoskeletal complaints. I achieve this through massage, education and exercise as needed.
Aside from being a massage therapist since 2006, I am also a personal trainer, have extensive education in Exercise Science and am a licensed chiropractic physician. I combine the knowledge and skills from each of these areas to provide each client with the best possible massage for their body.
I was once a runner and am now a power lifter so, I understand the demands of competitive sport and the toll it takes on the body. I specialize in sports injuries and also give a fantastic and relaxing Swedish massage.
In my free time I am an assistant coach for XC and track at Lincoln High School, I lift heavy weights, hang out with my cats, commune with nature and pick ripe berries on Sauvie Island.

My journey in the Wellness industry began when I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon in 1999. My passion for athletics and an active, outdoor lifestyle led me to pursue my career in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado in a world class ski town. Here I quickly honed my craft in deep tissue massage working with high performance athletes, and other active enthusiasts, to keep them healthy, restored, and healing from injury, surgeries, and chronic pain.
My massage style is to customize each session to the present needs and goals of my clients healing and well being, using a combination of deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, Reiki, and aromatherapy. The intention of which I lead each treatment with is for my clients to feel nurtured and relaxed while experiencing improvement and transformation.
Wellness is my primary focus in my work and in my life. Over the years I’ve continued to learn and grow while adding to my repertoire and becoming a Certified Wellness & Life Coach and Reiki Master-Teacher. I enjoy spending my free time in fitness classes, doing yoga, skiing, SUP boarding, mountain biking, surfing, and spending time with my family.
